Once shipment picked up cannot be cancelled. Vendor can request for RTS. Any RTS charges may apply.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products/service we can provide a refund of balance wallet amount credited for booking courier purpose.
Refunds requested while any in-transit shipment will be processed after all settlement of your shipment by “logistics Service Partner”.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued original credit card if request within 72 hrs else to the vendor registered bank account as all payment are credited to vendor wallet for booking shipment
